When the lobus is opened, selective administration is performed (arterial balloon catheter is introduced in order to close the inferior right bronchus) using a double lumen tube (left). After 24 hours of ILV and 2 days of weaning, the child was definitively extubated (right). Personal observation and unpublished data.
